Membership - $15.00
Membership Fee will be added at the first booking each season for each guest.

Holiday Weekends
A three night minimum stay is required for holiday weekends which include Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day Weekends.

Check-In - 2:00pm
Earlier check in time will be accommodated based on availability . Please call ahead to inquire.

You must check in during regular office hours, after hour check ins are no longer permitted

RV guests (those bringing in an RV): To ensure a smooth check-in process and to assist with your RV placement, RVs must arrive no later than 8pm on the day of arrival. Check Out - 11:00am
Please vacate your site no later than 11am on your departure date. If you wish a later check out time please see the office no later than 11am. No refunds for early departures.

Security Gate
Visitors must arrive during office hours (office closes at 9pm Friday, 7pm Saturday, 3pm all other days) in order to obtain access through our security gate. You will not be able to access the park otherwise.

Car Passes *NEW*

For the safety and security of all our guests, all vehicles on the Jones Pond property will be issued a car pass upon arrival. This pass must be clearly displayed on your rearview mirror at all times throughout your stay. The pass will include your departure date and time, ensuring that we have accurate records for security purposes.

Please be aware that any vehicle left on the property past its designated check-out time/date, or any vehicle found without a visible car pass, will be towed at the owner's expense. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the safety and security of everyone on the property.

Discounts & Specials
Discounts and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and specials cannot be combined with other offers or duplicated.

7 Day Bookings
15% discount will be applied to all bookings of 7 days or more. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

Monthly RV Rates
Discounts for RV bookings of one month or longer. Call for details.

Cancellation Policy
FOR ALL BOOKINGS LESS THAN 7 DAYS

7 days notice - full refund less $25 admin fee.

Less than 7 days notice - loss of deposit (or payment of deposit if none received)

Within 72 hours of arrival date and no shows - payment for entire booking for all parties required. 

Example: For a Friday arrival cancellation must be received by 10am Tuesday. Otherwise, full payment is required.

Credit card on file will be charged unless other instructions are provided.

Cancellation Policy
MORE THAN 7 DAYS

Weekly bookings - cancellation fee equals the cost of one night of your week's booking at the highest rate. Two nights for two weeks, etc. Regardless of when cancelled.

For monthly RV rates, loss of $250 deposit regardless of when cancelled.


Gas Saver Program
Leave your unoccupied RV on your site for the week when booking two consecutive weekends at a rate of $8.00 per day with electric or $5.00 per day with no electric.
